Bootie Call~ Couples baby shower!

We hosted a couples baby shower for some of our best friends back in November and had a blast! I got the color scheme from some napkins I found at Target! I tell you inspiration is everywhere!  Fall is my favorite time of year, so it wasn't hard to decorate for this fall colored party! I have to admit I LOVE these invitations. They were a folded design and turned out really cute and pretty funny!

funky & girly baby shower invitations

I had these printed on a shimmery cardstock and they are absolutely beautiful! I tried to replicate the funky bedding that she is using in the nursery, I think it's pretty cute!

boxed invitations

These are my newest creation, boxed invitations!!  These were designed for a little girl's first birthday, which is around the 4th of July. I was asked to design an over the top invitation and incorporate a princess theme (specifically using a castle with fireworks behind it)  and the colors pink and silver. And this is what I came up with!

These perfect little pink boxes are so fun! Won't recipients be so surprised when they get this invitation in the mail!!

IMG_0025

I wrapped the invitation with some glittery tissue paper,  a whimsical reminiscent of the sheet of tissue that used to come with wedding invitations, and I  secured it with a      monogrammed seal

This is a little fuzzy, but I accented the front of the invitation with ribbon, that also holds the directions card in place on the inside, some crystals where the fireworks are shooting off, and added some shimmer & glitter to the fireworks and initials.

Katelyn Elizabeth Graham~ Birth Announcements

Kate's announcements were the first birth announcements that I designed. I was honored that Kristen & Brett let me create the all important announcements! I came up with several different designs, but the one right below won! I also posted the runner ups. They turned out really cute, just like Kate!
